Our Story

Who We Are

Miss Mr is the brainchild of Courtney and Bel – one mad aunt, and one loopy mother to 3 year old Max, and the newest arrival, Casima.

Courtney is our creative, with a laugh that can be heard in the next state, who hates the question "Why are you still single?". Courtney is the glamorous half of Miss Mr, though she can often be found eating Nutella with a spoon in her dressing gown in times of stress.

Bel is a daggy mum desperately trying to believe she's a 'cool mum', and can often be found at the local playground bleary eyed and clutching a jumbo cappuccino, a mum bun that clearly hasn't been washed in a week, and wearing tights as pants.

Together, we are Miss Mr.

Our Love For The Planet and Our People

We believe we should do better by the planet and our people on it. We're trying to be conscious of our environmental footprint, and do our part by opting against single use plastics in our packaging. Our mailing bags are made from plant material, and are 100% biodegradable and home compostable (they have been tested and even the worms will happily eat them!). We also use stickers that utilise soy-based inks, and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Our tissue paper that we use in the place of plastic wrapping is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved, and is of course recyclable and biodegradable too. Together, we believe we can do better!

We are proud that our clothes are ethically made, and we don't do 'fast fashion'. Our clothing pieces are high quality, thoughtfully made, and designed to be loved until your little people grow out of them. Our manufacturers maintain ethical production practices, and ensure that our workers are paid fairly and are appreciated in their work.

What We Believe In

We believe in fairness, equality and respect. We believe in ethically made fashion. We believe in equal rights for all. We believe in being environmentally conscious. We believe in expression of self through fashion. We believe kids should be free to be whoever they want to be. We believe that our kids are the future.

May your coffee be as strong as your toddler's next tantrum!
