How do your returns work?
We want you and your little one to be happy with your new gear, so we offer returns on any new, unworn and unwashed pieces. We inspect each returned item, before restocking in our warehouse and authorising the return. Please reach out to us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to help out and offer an exchange or store credit if something is not quite right. Returns must be raised with us within 7 days of receiving your items.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all domestic orders over $79 AUD!
We also offer free shipping on all orders over $99 AUD to New Zealand, and over $200 AUD to the rest of the world.
How much is shipping for orders that don't qualify for free shipping?
We do our absolute best to keep shipping prices low, because we know no one likes paying silly prices for shipping! We offer flat rate shipping as follows:
Australia: $9 AUD
New Zealand: $12 AUD
North America, Europe and Asia: $25 AUD
Rest of the world: $30 AUD
Please note all international customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you’re super keen to receive your goodies in the mail, so we post them as quickly as possible for you! Orders are posted within 24 hours (except on weekends, public holidays, and during holiday periods), and will generally be received within 1-5 business days within Australia. The rest of the world will be a little longer (sorry!). Once we ship your order, we will send through tracking details so you can watch your order's every move as it makes its way into your hot little hands.
How long are store credits valid for?
You can use your store credit up to 12 months from the date of issue.
What if I believe my item has a fault?
Please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We inspect all items before they leave our warehouse, however in the unlikely event of a fault, please let us know and we will rectify the issue for you asap!
How do I return an item to you via post?
In the unlikely event your item is deemed faulty by us, we will refund you the postage costs incurred by you (up to $20.00 AUD). For all other returns, return postage will need to be paid by you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments by credit or debit card, and PayPal. Pockets feeling a bit empty? Not to worry, we also offer AfterPay and Laybuy too!
How should I care for my new pieces?
To ensure that your Miss Mr pieces remain their best selves, we recommend the following care:
- Wash separately before wear
- Warm machine wash with like colours
- Machine wash in washbag to protect embellishments and hardware
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean
- Do not iron embellishments, zips, or prints
- Warm iron only
All Miss Mr products are designed to fade significantly, providing a streetwear inspired, rough and tumble look.
